Position: Writer / Narrative Documentaries

Part Time: 8 to 10 hrs. + weekly

Job Description:

Successful candidate should have a demonstrated ability to interpret and rewrite reference material into a meaningful and interesting; simplified story line that follows a logical chain of events. Some knowledge of acoustic guitar construction and / or acoustic recordings helpful but not necessary to be considered. Previous writing credits are a +. May consider a home base writer, as long as partial and completed scripts are forwarded to American Multimedia Studios in a timely manner. Successful candidate will be required to attend a monthly project coordination meeting in Gloucester, Virginia. Per diem negotiable for this 2 hour monthly meeting. Successful candidate will receive full credit for scripts completed and produced by American Multimedia Studios. The successful candidate will be required to assign all rights to partial and completed scripts to American Multimedia Studios, prior to an offer of part or full time employment.
